FNTC Administration Fee is £50 per Contract. FNTC is the Trustee Company, which holds the Trust Deeds of Sierra Park Club, and helps process sales on behalf of both the Buyer and Seller.
Management Fee in 2008 per apartment: 2 bedroom - £614, 3 bedroom - £697; 2 bedroom top floor - £636; 3 bedroom top floor £719.
Apartments B4, B5, B6 have 3 bedrooms. Apartments A3, A6, A9, B3, B6, B9 are top floor with terraces
Sales of apartments conducted through the Resort Office are subject to "Conditions of Sale", copies are available on request, but will be provided to both Buyers and Sellers.
RCI red weeks: 18 - 43. RCI blue weeks: 1 - 8. RCI white weeks: remainder.
